Christmas morning was SO much fun this year!
However, early riser James woke up around 6 am (as he does every day), itching to go downstairs. You know what that means? Mama and James were up before dawn, exploring the unwrapped toys and trying to keep busy until we finally woke Papa up around 8 am to start opening!
And a little someone found the brownie crumbs Santa left behind from his visit...
ate those chocolaty brownie pieces right up. Sugar! At, did I mention, 6 am?!
James was a blast to watch open his gifts. Christmas morning seemed to stretch on forever (a good thing!) as James insisted on playing with every toy after he opened it for at least 10 minutes. This made Christmas that much more relaxing and entertaining! As you can imagine, I took a crazy amount of pictures. Here are just a few!
Bubble Wrap!!!
James really wanted a baby doll for Christmas. His little friends that are girls have them, of course, and he wanted one too! Never too early to learn how to be gentle and caring! He has named his baby "Baby Sister" which is just too cute. He will definitely make a great big brother one day!
This guy loves puzzles.
Totally a penguin, right?!
Papa loves puzzles too. Wake up at 8 am? Your turn to assemble!
(Thanks Jason & Molly - J loves it!)
Chef James!
